Braxton Willie represents landlords as a leasing specialist, tenants in their start-up and expansion needs, and investors/owner-users in their acquisition and disposition of office and investment properties. Braxton is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. He has brokered hundreds of deals and is often involved in numerous multimillion-dollar transactions—all while looking after his clients. Over his ten-year career, Braxton has worked with many prominent companies in the northern Utah area and across the entire state. A few of his clients include HydroJug Woodbury Corp., The Boyer Company, Vectra Management Group, Draper Laboratory, and Gardner Batt. Braxton and his business partner, Chris Falk, joined Mountain West Commercial Real Estate in 2024. Together, they opened and anchor the northern Utah office for MWCRE, serving clients in the region and beyond with passion and professionalism. As a native of Utah, Braxton has a strong desire to serve as a part of the community that helped raise him. He focuses his efforts on Davis and Weber Counties, although he has represented clients throughout Utah and co-brokered deals across the country. His understanding of the commercial real estate market is reinforced by his dedication, discipline, and access to current market data and resources. Braxton’s experience, coupled with his formal education and extensive knowledge of the market, sets him apart in the industry. Braxton graduated summa cum laude from Weber State University with his bachelor’s degree in professional sales and continually pursues additional education to better serve his clients. Outside of assisting his clients, Braxton enjoys traveling with his family and spending time in the mountains hiking, biking, and camping.
