With over 25 years of experience, she has successfully led retail development initiatives, landlord representation, and shopping center leasing, working with local, regional, and national retailers. Brandy has a proven track record of collaborating with municipalities to secure economic development incentives that drive retail expansion and enhance community growth. Her ability to navigate public-private partnerships has been instrumental in attracting developers and retailers to key markets. Prior to joining Price Edwards in 2009, she played a pivotal role in preleasing retail shopping centers with Sooner Investment and Collett & Associates. Most recently, Brandy has worked extensively with retail developers, municipalities, and community leaders in Durant, Oklahoma. She was also instrumental in facilitating the entry of a national sporting goods anchor and a major grocery chain into Southern Oklahoma, significantly strengthening the region’s retail landscape and improving the quality of life for residents.
