Brandon White

Brandon joined Flude Property Consultants with nearly 7 years experience in commercial property, all across the Sussex county. Having worked across all sectors in commercial property, Brandons’ focus has been specialising in the business space sector with lettings and sales of offices and industrial properties, which since 2020 has widened with the introduction of the new planning use class ‘E’. Originally starting his career in Worthing, Brandon spent three years with a regional firm of Surveyors in the South and South East, before a career break and step into executive search, recruiting for a variety of London based financial institutions across asset management, wealth management, private equity and private credit sectors. Stepping back into property in late 2020, Brandon picked up where he left off and has been based in East Sussex, specialising in office and industrial lettings and sales once more. Brandon is based in our Chichester office, predominantly focusing on our office and industrial sectors. Brandon is a keen sportsman and fan, being the proud holder of a Brighton & Hove Albion season ticket and a frequent visitor to the County Ground follow Sussex Cricket.
