Brandon Smith

Brandon joined JDL Warm Construction LLC two years ago as Director of Real Estate Development. With a background in the development of a variety of retail, mixed-use, and residential projects, Brandon has gained particular expertise in identifying and implementing creative solutions for the successful development of new-build commercial projects, as well as the renovation and re-purposing of existing historic properties. Brandon has a solid understanding of various development incentives and tax credit programs, in addition to the LEED certification process and the potential long-term benefits of such projects. As Director of Real Estate Development at Warm Realty + Development, Brandon will use his experience and expertise to identify and analyze new commercial development opportunities that complement the company’s core strengths.
