Brandon has focused his efforts on the investment market, where he has formed a robust understanding of an investment transaction from inception to completion. Brandon has accomplished a number of notable investment and land transactions, specializing in residential land redevelopment. His attention to the ongoing changes to the various official community plans, local area plans and gentrification of specific geographical areas in Greater Victoria allows him to find and present unique opportunities for redevelopment to his clients. Brandon has been involved in over $690 million in sale transactions since becoming a broker in 2017.
