Brandon Rawlins

Brandon began his commercial real estate career in 2002 with Smoot Commercial Brokers in Davis County, Utah, where he acted as an Executive Vice President and Principal Broker over the commercial real estate division. Brandon had the opportunity to oversee several developments in retail, office, industrial and multi-family. Brandon joined NAI West Commercial Real Estate in early 2011 where his value of strong work ethic and expertise in real estate caught the eye of many clients. In 2012, Brandon completed 83 transactions which placed him as the #1 agent at NAI West Commercial Real Estate for overall # of transactions; there are 80+ agents in the NAI West office. This achievement is the highest recorded number of transactions ever at NAI West. During the year 2012, Jones Lang LaSalle, one of the most prestigious real estate brokerage firms in the world, recruited Brandon to join their brokerage firm in Salt Lake City. Brandon accepted the position in December 2012. Brandon will continue to specialize in site selections for his Select Clients throughout Idaho, Utah and Nevada. Brandon currently holds a Broker’s license in Utah along with real estate licenses in Idaho and Nevada.
