Brandon Marchand

Bio : Brandon is a native of the Inland Northwest. After moving to the Spokane area from Moses Lake in 1988 Brandon attended many of the area’s public schools and graduated from Freeman High School in 2000. While in college, Brandon achieved his life-long dream of founding a software company and, with two partners, built a software development powerhouse 20 employees strong. Brandon later sold his interest in the company to pursue his new interest, Real Estate. As an investor, Brandon bought and sold his own properties developing an eye for the elusive “deal” and building a business around it. After becoming licensed to sell real estate in both Washington and Idaho, Brandon began developing a team of dedicated professionals he later called “The Spokane Home Guy Group.” The rest is history.
