Since ABL’s inception, Brandon has focused on tenant representation, leading the expansion of Trulieve (OTCMKTS: TCNNF), a publicly traded medical marijuana dispensary. Brandon has been able to navigate challenging zoning across multiple municipalities throughout Florida to open over 40 dispensaries in 2021, and has been instrumental in helping Trulieve become the largest and most profitable cannabis company in the world. Previously, Brandon previously worked at RKF which was later acquired by Newmark. His responsibilities included identifying new business opportunities, collecting up-to-date market and tenant information, and supporting the Miami brokerage team on both landlord and tenant representation assignments as well as investment sales. He focuses on urban and suburban retail-driven investment sales, tenant representation, and landlord representation throughout South Florida. Prior to Newmark, Brandon worked as an assistant football coach at the University of Miami, primarily working with quarterbacks. He first joined the staff while a student at UM, and was an offensive quality control analyst for six seasons. A native of Miami, he graduated from the University of Miami in 2013 with a B.A. in Communications with a double minor in Psychology and Sports Administration. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida.
