Brandon Harris is Founder and President of Mesa Commercial Real Estate, where he brings 22 years of experience in retail tenant representation, project leasing, commercial sales, land acquisition, development and consulting. Throughout his career, Brandon’s client list has included many high profile retail and restaurant brands; some of the Dallas area’s most exclusive mixed use and lifestyle shopping centers; and countless national, regional and local tenants, property owners and investors. Prior to starting Mesa, Brandon was EVP at Foremark Real Estate in Dallas. Before that, he was Development Partner at Collett Retail and was instrumental in the acquisition, leasing and development of Washington Commons in Stephenville, TX; and in the Hobby Lobby projects in Kerrville, TX and Natchitoches, LA. Brandon began his real estate career at Dallas-based UCR, where he learned the art and science of retail property leasing and tenant representation from the best team in the business. During his 13-year tenure there, he rose to Executive Vice President in the UCR Urban division before the company was acquired by global industry giant CBRE in 2015. Brandon graduated with a BA in Political Science from SMU. He grew up in San Antonio and is a lifelong Texas resident. When not working on real estate deals throughout the state, Brandon enjoys ranching, hunting, riding motorcycles, and promoting the cause of liberty.
