Brandon Fryar

Brandon Fryar is originally from Garland, NC. He received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a focus in finance and accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, he spent several years enhancing his finance and sales skills in the mortgage industry. In 2005, Brandon moved to Raleigh, NC and began his commercial real estate career. He joined Bell Commercial in May of 2009, and began to specialize on tenant representation. Throughout Brandon’s career, he has represented clients from every spectrum of the commercial real estate field. His clients have ranged from national retailers to local small businesses, including those requiring office, retail, flex, and warehouse space. Some of Brandon’s clients have included Great Clips, Cricket Wireless, Waxing the City, Lee Spa Nails, Your Pie, Honor Yoga, The Simple Greek and Deka Lash.. During Brandon’s commercial real estate career, he has attained priceless real estate experience and knowledge through diverse transactions. The experience gained has allowed him to accurately advise and streamline the commercial leasing or purchasing process.
