As a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield, Brandon brings over 23 years of sales and leadership experience from the healthcare and real estate industries. He prides himself on helping professionals avoid costly real estate pitfalls and complications while achieving the most favorable terms. He provides specialization, market knowledge, and expertise in healthcare-specific commercial real estate. Brandon got his career start working in business development with the Pella Corporation. He transitioned into the medical device space in 2005 with Stryker Corporation, where he led sales operations for capital equipment and disposables across multiple surgical specialties. He has also held leadership and development roles at several other healthcare companies, including UnityPoint Health, Medtronic, and Globus Medical. In 2014, Brandon began investing in real estate and was a multi-state, multi-unit owner of a health and wellness franchise, Profile by Sanford. He enjoys seeing other people succeed and win, and wants to be a part of his client’s journey towards success. He believes in paying it forward, having sat on medical advisory boards, and currently works with LifeServe Blood Center, Dental Connection, Goldfinch Health and is an active USSSA Baseball and Northwest Youth Football Coach. He is also a Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association member. A native of Coulter, Iowa, Brandon was a collegiate football and track athlete from Simpson College, where he graduated with a degree in corporate communication and business management. He currently resides in Des Moines with his wife, a cardiology nurse practitioner with The Iowa Clinic and their three boys.
