He opened The Ferrell Group in August 2019 under Keller Williams Realty which has now grown to 5 agents. Ferrell has been hailed as the Top 1 agent in Whitley County for sales units (2022), Top 2 agent for sales volume in Whitley County (2022 & 2023), and garnered the Top 8th and 11th rank in Northeast Indiana (UPSTAR Association) for sales volume, and units sold, respectively in 2023.
