Brandon Efap

IPRG Director Brandon Efap Specializes in the Retail Leasing Market in New York City. Brandon leads the retail division at IPRG, covering Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. Brandon has leased over 53,000 square feet of retail space in New York. He specializes in the representation of both landlords and tenants. Brandon’s interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, and extensive field experience give him the necessary skills to perform at a high-level, while providing great value to his team and clients. Before joining IPRG, Brandon started his commercial real estate career as an Associate at Kassin Sabbagh Realty, where he learned to apply critical thinking, leadership, and teamwork skills to get the job done. Brandon attended the University of Connecticut, where he graduated from the College of Liberal Arts of Sciences, attaining his bachelor’s degree in Economics. While at the University of Connecticut Brandon was a member of the Real Estate Society. Brandon is a native New Yorker and currently resides in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. He loves to hike, workout, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
