Brandon Delanois

Brandon is part of JLL’s Retail Advisory group focusing on Central, Southwest and North Florida markets. In his tenant representation practice, Brandon has helped his clients in strategic regional rollouts throughout the state. He has completed several new to market rollouts for national retailers and restaurant groups. Additionally, he has represented national healthcare companies in an effort to optimize their portfolios through strategic expansions and consolidations. Brandon utilizes the best in technology to help retailers analyze and select their locations, whether it be for a single transaction or for a multi-unit multi-franchisee expansion plan. In his agency leasing practice, Brandon has succeeded in repositioning struggling properties by launching new branding campaigns and focusing efforts on re-merchandising a property resulting in significant value creation for his clients. He has helped lead efforts to redevelop iconic properties in the market and help landlords create better experiences for their customers by achieving optimal tenant mix. Brandon earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a major in real estate from the University of Central Florida. Brandon is the past Chair of the ICSC Orlando Planning Committee, a supporter of the University of Central Florida where he was both a student-athlete on the UCF Men’s Tennis team and Student Body Vice President, and is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association.
