Brandon Courtney is a Vice President of Inco Commercial Brokerage. He got his start with the company in a pivotal role as Director of Analytics providing expertise from his 10 years of experience in the Marketing industry. In this role, he worked closely with the entire sales division to spearhead market research, create key trend reports, manage client data processes, and consult on all things Marketing. Through learning the inner workings of INCO Commercial Brokerage, he pivoted to a role focused on brokerage services including selling, leasing, and purchasing industrial and commercial properties for his clients. Brandon extensively focuses on the Los Angeles MidCounties and Northern Orange County markets. During Brandon’s time in the Marketing industry he worked with big companies such as Vans, Herschel Supply Company, Quicksilver, Roxy, Nordstrom, Zumiez, Bloomingdales, Tillys, Foot Locker, DC shoes, and Billabong. He specialized in a various facets of this industry including Retail & Digital Marketing, Advertising, Paid Media, and Creative Direction. Brandon’s marketing experience has helped maximize his industrial real estate clients’ investment returns by shortening the time it takes to lease and sell their properties.
