Brandon Copeland is corporate real estate professional with over 13 years of proven negotiation, operational consulting, contract review, financial analysis, business development, investment experience. Brandon specializes in tenant representation, global site selection, strategic planning, lease and contract negotiation, labor analytics consulting, acquisitions, operational consulting, and incentive negotiations. Brandon has experience with clients in all sectors of corporate, non-profit and government contracting and has represented corporations across all areas of the United States as well as internationally. His primary focus is on tenant advisory services representing small, mid, and large cap organizations in Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington D.C. He brings a unique perspective to effectively develop customized real estate and portfolio management strategies in line with organizational objectives to maximize growth, efficiency, and cost savings. Prior to joining Colliers, Brandon was part of the Tenant Representation team at JLL for eight and half years.
