Brandon Burmeister

Brandon Burmeister re-joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, where his work focuses on Agency Leasing and Investment Sales throughout Washington. Brandon has a proven record of developing and implementing real estate strategies that are specifically tailored to clients’ goals. As a lifelong resident of Washington, Brandon is able to identify local market trends early to help clients stay ahead of the curve and maximize their success. In his 15-year career, Brandon has completed lease transactions totaling more than 2,000,000 SF and sales of $500,000,000 in value. Brandon graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economic Geography. While at the University of Washington, Brandon developed a strong work ethic and teamwork skills as a four-year letterman on the Husky men’s basketball team. He graduated as the all-time winningest player in program history, competed in three NCAA tournaments (two Sweet Sixteens) and the Huskies won the 2004 Pac-10 Conference Tournament Championship.
