Brandon Brooks

Brandon is MetroCom Properties' newest addition, joining the team in September 2023. While he may be new here, his journey in the world of commercial real estate dates back to 2013. Before becoming a part of MetroCom, Brandon made a name for himself at The Ambrose Group. He's no stranger to the industry, having performed over 1,800 commercial appraisal-related services. Brandon's impressive track record led him to the role of Director of Appraisal, where he played a vital role in the company's success. Besides his appraisal skills, Brandon also worked as a tax agent, collaborating with more than 50 counties across Texas. In 2023 alone, he saved commercial property owners $1.1 million in ad valorem tax expenses. Brandon is a proud Baylor University graduate, obtaining a degree in Entrepreneurship in 2012. When he's not busy with commercial real estate, you'll find him immersed in activities, enjoying boating, skiing, fly fishing, and soccer, among other sports. Brandon is an active member of Keystone Church in Keller, where he dedicates his time and energy. At home, Brandon is a devoted family man. He's happily married to his high school sweetheart, with whom he shares three amazing kids.
