With over twenty-two years of Commercial Real Estate experience, Brandi Spencer has as impressive record of accomplishment in the leasing of industrial, retail and office space in Colorado for various Landlords. She has also assisted third party tenants find their ideal space if the Landlord’s portfolio wasn’t a match. Brandi graduated from Colorado State University with degrees in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship, and earned her Colorado Real Estate license in 2001. Previously, she was a broker with RE1313, NavPoint Real Estate Group and Real Capital Solutions (formerly Colorado & Santa Fe Real Estate), gaining knowledge and experience while closing deals with national retailers, industrial groups, major research and marketing clients, educational facilities, automotive tenants and more. Brandi also spent a year working with Lauth Property Group in commercial development (2005-2006) where she focused on business development for medical office buildings.
