Working alongside Nick Tanana, Brady is responsible for compiling market data through cold-calling and prospecting as well as utilizing the latest technology to systematically analyze and compare his client’s requirements with market’s current availabilities. His dedicated and attentive detail-oriented approach, paired with his market knowledge ensures customers receive extensive informed guidance throughout the entire real estate process. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brady worked as a brokerage assistant with a local firm, Avison Young, assisting in performing research, marketing, and administrative duties for the Office and Retail teams.
