Bradley Sturges

Now President of Sturges Property Group, Brad Sturges got his start in real estate in 2001 working in the CBRE Denver office, where he conducted market research and developed marketing strategies for their downtown office team. Brad later returned to Fort Wayne and joined the Sturges team in 2002 as an active leader in the brokerage, commercial development, and property management departments. Brad became president in 2009, and with a keen eye toward the future and a strong desire for the company to broaden its reach, Brad spearheaded the effort to rebrand as Sturges Property Group in 2018. In his role as President, Brad is a hands-on leader in the oversight of the financial, operational, marketing, business development, and overall strategy of the company. He also manages the Brokerage Division and represents several private clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment property.
