Bradley Kotz

Mr. Kotz has developed or redeveloped over 1.5 million square feet of retail, residential, office and industrial projects throughout the mid-Atlantic over the past 25 years. He has asset managed and sold more than 100 real estate assets valued at more than $850 million since 1990. He has held executive positions with KLNB, West Group, Alex Brown Realty Advisors, South Charles Realty and Bailey Realty Corporations. He earned his B.S. in Biology from Syracuse University in 1985 and his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 1989.
