Bradley Hickman

Bradley Hickman Jr. joined Hickman Companies in 2011 as an Associate Partner. As a former research analyst for Victory Partners, a financial advisory and private equity firm, he served as an integral link between the company and its clients performing financial analyses and market research for use in sell-side transaction marketing, industry research, market outlooks, and business development. In addition to this specialized knowledge, he is experienced in commercial real estate brokerage, strategic planning and acquisitions, and event coordination and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. As an Associate Partner, Bradley is involved in all aspects of the business assisting in property management, leasing, and the development of detailed financial statements for the company’s real estate holdings. In the past, he dedicated time as a volunteer for Cooking for Kids and Harris Hospital where he worked in the children’s unit. He belongs to the men’s club Steeplechase and is a current member of Camp Bowie District, Inc. where he will occupy the position of Vice Chairman beginning in 2013. Bradley graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business.
