Since 2007, Brad has been President of Colton Commercial & Partners, Inc., leading the company team which has worked together for a combined period of 35 years. Brad’s experience includes the sale and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Brad also has an extensive background in property and construction management. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS As Executive Vice President and Regional Manager of Charles Dunn Company, Brad oversaw the Brokerage operations for the entire San Francisco Bay Area, from 2005 until mid-2007 when he left to establish his own firm. In his five years as President at Arroyo & Coates, Inc., beginning in 1999, Brad established the firm as the third largest commercial firm in Northern California and increased per agent revenues. In addition, he expanded each of the following groups: Apartment Sales, Commercial Office Leasing and Net-Leased Investments. 1984-1999 President, Colton Commercial Company Exclusively represented wide array of tenant clients from a variety of business fields Developed an extensive portfolio of Landlord clients Managed and brokered a portfolio of 22 commercial properties throughout Northern California 1979-1983 Commercial Leasing Broker/Tischer Co.
