Bradley Avery

Prior to diving in to commercial real estate, Bradley founded what became one of the top New Zealand production service companies. Due to his work on the international market, he divided his time between New Zealand, L.A.and Europe. Looking for new challenges, Bradley relocated to L.A.full time and because of his numerous collaborations with agencies, production, post and VFX companies throughout L.A., he segued into commercial real estate to work with clients from a different angle. Because of Bradley’s broad working knowledge of all aspects of the Film/TV/Advertising industries, he is able to guide creative companies through the landscape of leasing and purchasing, while also speaking their language. Some of Bradley’s clients include, Anamoly,Bullitt Branded, Fellow, Rocky Morton, Somesuch and Wolfgang. Bradley also has a niche within Industry Partners, representing retail clients and has worked with numerous brands to establish themselves on Abbot Kinney, Rose and Lincoln Boulevard in Venice, Montana Avenue in Santa Monica, as well as in Silverlake, DTLA and the Arts District. Because of clients like Ahlem, AYR, Erin McKenna’s Bakery, Kismet, Parachute and Simone / Duello, Bradley has enjoyed working with boutique retail, as well as restaurant and bar clients, throughout Los Angeles.
