Bradford Yates

Brad Yates joined Stream Realty Partners in March 2022 and is an Executive Vice President. He will be responsible for building Stream’s industrial brokerage platform in the Inland Empire by sourcing and executing new acquisition opportunities, investment sales, leasing service business, and developments along with recruiting and training team members. Prior to joining Stream, Brad served as an Executive Vice President at Colliers International, where he focused on sales, leasing, and investing for the industrial sector. He specialized in the development of warehousing and distribution facilities in the Inland Empire. Brad began his commercial real estate career in 2005 in Ontario, California, at Grubb & Ellis, where he represented landlords and tenants.
