Brad Fletcher has more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, development, advertising/public relations and government. He specializes in the marketing, leasing and sale of industrial, high technology, office, mixed use, investment properties and land for corporate, public, institutional and individual clients worldwide. He is the leading multi-product producer in Portland and has leased and sold more than 12 million square feet and 4,000 acres of land. With a transaction volume of more than $1 billion, Brad is recognized as a national industry leader representing many of the most significant clients and properties in North America, including Epson, FedEx, Georgia Pacific, Honda, IBM, Intel, Nike, Panasonic, Subaru, T5 Data Centers, Toshiba and Volkswagen. In mid-career, Brad was appointed by the governor of Oregon to direct the state’s economic development efforts in Portland and was responsible for driving the initiatives to secure Intel’s commitment to expand and establish Oregon as a global electronics research, development and manufacturing center. He was instrumental in the establishment and evolution of the Sunset, I-5, and Columbia corridors and the Pearl District. A past president of NAIOP, Brad is a leading member of Newmark's industrial, office, and Global Corporate Services practice groups and has served on the National Industrial Council, which has awarded him for his continuous exemplary performance. In addition, Brad is active in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), as the Northwest’s only dual industrial and office specialist, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Realtors Land Institute and a variety of advisory, charitable and political interests. He has also published and presented numerous articles, programs and insights on corporate real estate, market strategies and personal development. Brad is a graduate of Dartmouth College. He has two sons and resides in Southwest Portland with his wife, Michelle.
