Brad founded Maverick Partners in early 2002 with the goal of providing expert service in urban and mixed-use properties, a segment of the local real estate industry that was desperately lacking. Now a 19 year veteran of the commercial real estate business, Brad has extensive experience in development, sales and leasing of a wide variety of urban properties. Since beginning his real estate career in New York City, Brad had closed hundreds of sales and leasing transactions over a wide variety of asset classes. A graduate of East Carolina University, he has also received the prestigious CCIM designation and is an active member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, NC Association of Realtors, Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce and Preservation Durham. Additionally, Brad is a partner in the recently opened Durham Hotel, a 53 room luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Downtown Durham.
