Brad Thompson is a Vice President at Millennium Properties, specializing in the disposition of commercial real estate assets. During the past three years, he has closed more than 100 transactions on retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties for a variety of clients. Brad’s extensive experience has enabled him to develop and maintain a wide array of clients, both individuals and institutions. He has considerable experience representing lending institutions in their asset dispositions – from short sales and note sales to lender-owned transactions. He has also worked with individual investors to identify the right properties and negotiate the best deal for them. Many of the properties he sells are on behalf of a variety of local and national financial institutions such as Bayview Financial, First American Bank, Northside Community Bank, US Bank and more. Brad credits his success to a strong network of bankers, buyers and brokers and focuses on thorough due diligence and strong working relationships to effectuate each deal. Brad has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a double minor in Spanish and International Business from Purdue University.
