Brad Schmitt

Brad Schmitt is a Corporate Managing Director in Savills Orange County office and leads the execution of real estate strategies for clients domestically and internationally. Brad focuses on understanding his clients’ short- and long-term business goals, and subsequently develops strategic real estate plans with the help of cutting-edge technology and forecasting tools. As an exclusive tenant representative, he is an expert in strategic planning and needs assessment, financial analysis, lease negotiation and transaction structuring for lease relocations/ expansions, lease renewals, early lease restructures, build-to-suit developments and land/property acquisitions. Throughout his career, Brad has advised clients in many industries including tech, legal, healthcare and financial services. Prior to joining Savills in 2012, Brad spent over two years in office tenant representation with CBRE and two years in retail development with Vestar. His diverse experience has given him a breadth of knowledge in real estate from multiple perspectives.
