During his real estate career he has worked in the following areas: Marketing Leasing & Sales Development Accounting & Financial Analysis Property Management Residential & Commercial Development Residential & Commercial Construction Brad has represented buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in numerous transactions ranging in size from 2,500 square foot homes to 300,000 square foot industrial buildings. The transactions involved dollar amounts from $70,000 to over Seventy Million Dollars. Brad has extensive experience in construction and development of numerous projects, including approximately 400 apartment and condominium units and over 40 custom homes ranging in price from $500,000 to $3,000,000. In addition, Brad has developed and constructed over 1.75 million square feet of industrial, retail and office space throughout California and Nevada. As a principal of Saunders Realty, Brad’s responsibilities include brokerage, development & investments. Brad is a Real Estate Broker in California, Nevada and Arizona, as well as, a Business Broker in Nevada. Brad has been a Real Estate Agent since 1989. Brad is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors & Southland Regional Association of Realtors.
