Brad is a Vice President, Capital Markets – Investment Sales, for Cushman & Wakefield, based out of Vancouver. He has extensive experience in urban & suburban development sites, investment, multi-family and national tenant representation. A licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004, Brad was originally hired to earn market share for the company on Vancouver’s North Shore. His practice has since evolved to cover most lower mainland jurisdictions. In addition to representing several private individuals and families, Brad has represented many well-known organizations throughout his career, including Grosvenor, Seacliff Properties, Cressey Development, Peterson, Harbourside Projects, Seaspan, The Executive Group, Wall Financial, Mosaic Homes, PC Urban, and GWL. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he spent eight years as a financial advisor at Raymond James. Brad was a scholarship athlete at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and graduated with a Political Science degree from the prestigious Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences. While at Northwestern, he was a four-year letter winner and two-year captain for the Wildcat varsity golf team. Brad played professional golf in the United States prior to selecting his profession in real estate.
