Brad Murchison

Brad Murchison is vice president of corporate services with Colliers International | Memphis and has more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate business. During Brad’s career, he has completed over 275 transactions totaling nearly 25 million square feet and $230 million in transaction volume. Brad specializes in providing real estate solutions for corporate clients and their national real estate portfolios. His main duties consist of site location, lease analysis, lease negotiations, as well as acquisition and disposition of select assets. Brad has been recognized as one of the top performers in the Memphis market since 2005. Prior to joining Colliers International in October 2014, Brad began employment with CB Richard Ellis Memphis in May 2004 as an Associate in the East Memphis office. During his tenure at CBRE, Brad’s responsibilities ranged from retail leasing and brokerage to leading the firms Industrial Asset Services team which consisted of the leasing and property management of a 16 million square foot portfolio.
