Brad Miles

Brad Miles is currently Chairman of INCO Commercial Realty, Inc., and has over 30 years professional experience in the commercial real estate industry. He holds a B.A. from Beloit College in Wisconsin. Mr. Miles is active within the community and is a member of the Community Hospital of Long Beach Foundation, the Salvation Army Advisory Board and on the Advisory Board for Partnership in Excellence with Memorial Hospital. He is actively working on two different initiatives to bring business to Long Beach, Long Beach Technology Entrepreneurs Consortium (LBTEC) and the Long Beach Green Tech Corridor. Among his many business and civic initiatives, implementation of INCO Company’s expansion to Orange County and the Inland Empire are priorities for the coming year. In 2007, Mr. Miles helped to form IMC Municipal Consulting which is an economic development and real estate advisory service which is associated with INCO Company.
