Brad spent three years managing a team of analysts conducting commercial real estate research at The CoStar Group. Before finding an interest in commercial real estate, Brad spent three years as an Operations Manager at an Amazon Distribution Center in Chester, VA. He obtained his black belt in lean six sigma from Purdue University. Brad also spent six years as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army, deploying to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. While deployed, he led several operations to locate and construct Forward Operating Bases, ensuring infrasctructure and security were in place.
