Brad LeCompte
LeCompte Land Corp. is a full service commercial real estate brokerage located in St. Petersburg, Fl. It was founded in 2018 by Brad LeCompte to level the playing field between institutional investors and small business owners/private investors. We do this by offering institutional level knowledge, analysis and guidance to local commercial property owners in the Tampa Bay area. We strive to be a reliable resource for owners of small to medium sized commercial properties and provide expertise based on real time, on the ground market knowledge to strategically position commercial real estate assets to sell at highest price the market will yield. LeCompte Land Corp. tracks public records and other similar information to maintain a database of buyers and sellers active in the Central Florida area. We also maintain relationships with property inspectors, title companies and other vendors to reduce hassle during the transaction and work with local banks and investors who can provide financing. Brad LeCompte was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Fl. He attended the University of Central Florida, double majoring in Finance and Real Estate and graduated right into the heart of the 2008 - 2010 recession. Shortly after, he began working as a sales associate for a national commercial real estate brokerage. From there he rode the recovering market, gaining knowledge and expertise working at different brokerages in the Tampa Bay area. In 2018, he founded LeCompte Land Corp. while earning his M.B.A. from the University of South Florida.
