Brad Kirschner

Brad Kirschner is a Senior Managing Director with Newmark. He specializes in structuring complex real estate transactions for Owners and Tenants. He provides clients with a consultative approach to developing strategic plans and financial models that enable them to make fiscally and operationally responsible decisions. Since 2016, Mr. Kirschner and his business partner RJ Zurak have completed over 856 unique transactions for a total consideration of over $865 Million. Prior to joining the firm, Brad worked with Savills Studley and CBRE in Atlanta, Georgia. Also, he is an active member of the Georgia Young Alumni Association, Association of Young Real Estate Professionals, Jewish Education and Loan Foundation, Jewish Federation of Atlanta, and is a volunteer youth baseball coach at Buckhead Baseball.
