Brad Kimmelman Senior Global Real Estate Advisor From a young age, I embraced creativity and entrepreneurship, turning my love for music and theater into a business before most kids had their first part-time job. I studied acting in Manhattan, landed my first agent at 12, and booked a national commercial on my first audition. That spark of ambition continued through my career in entertainment, advertising, and eventually, real estate. Growing up in a show business family—my father, a creator of "Schoolhouse Rock!" and my mother, a high-fashion photographer—I learned the value of innovation and hard work. After graduating from Boston University, I pursued a career as a broadcast producer on Madison Avenue and launched my own record label. But something was missing. I wanted to build something more personal and impactful, leading me to a successful real estate career in Connecticut, where I quickly became a top producer. In 2009, I joined Sotheby’s International Realty as a brokerage manager, guiding and mentoring agents. After a decade, I returned to my passion—selling homes—and relocated to Scottsdale, AZ, where I now work with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty.
