Brad Kaplan

As a Senior Retail Associate at Transwestern, Brad's expertise focuses on landlord and tenant representation in the Twin Cities and out-state Minnesota markets. In this role, he assists clients with strategic planning and budgeting, market research and potential disposition of retail assets. In his previous role as a senior associate retail broker at Cushman & Wakefield, he focused on a special leasing project representing United Properties Investment in the Greater Milwaukee market. In 2015, he was awarded the MNCAR Retail Transaction of the Year Award for his work with LA Fitness at the Aurora Center in West St. Paul. Also in 2015, he was awarded CoStar’s prestigious Power Broker award for my professional contributions to the retail brokerage industry in the Twin Cities. Brad has served on the CCIM Board of Directors in both a legislative and membership capacity and have previously served as the MSCA committee chair organizing events for member networking and leadership opportunities.
