ABOUT

Brad Joseph is one of the founding principals as well as the managing broker of Joseph & Camper Commercial, which was opened with the intention of creating a full-service, fully integrated commercial real estate brokerage firm serving Central Illinois. Brad’s experience has included tenant representation, development, property management, and acquisitions. Brad brings a wide range of roles and diversity of experience to the Joseph & Camper culture. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Louis University and went on to receive his master’s degree in real estate from Roosevelt University. He previously served as a Real Estate Sales Manager at Prudential in downtown Chicago before leaving to take a job as the Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions for a boutique retail company based out of Charlotte, NC. In 2006, Brad moved back to Peoria to join his father, David Joseph, who was running his development company. Brad primarily focuses on advising clients in real estate investments as well as tenant representation for tenants such as Sherwin-Williams, Qdoba, T-Mobile, and more. Brad has been a licensed broker since 2002, specializing with retail real estate and has executed over 2 million square feet of lease and sale transactions throughout his career. Brad has brokered many complicated and successful projects in all property classes including retail, office, hotel, mixed-use, and industrial. Brad has the experience and qualifications to assist on any real estate deal.
