Brad Jones

Brad Jones joined Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate as a shareholder in 2014 and currently serves on the firm’s executive leadership team as Executive Vice President. He is an active member of the firm’s office brokerage team, specializing in tenant representation, development, acquisitions and dispositions. Brad brings extensive experience in property acquisitions, dispositions and client representation, as well as significant owner representation of approximately 2.5 million square feet of Class A office space in Birmingham, Alabama. A 25-year commercial real estate industry professional, Brad was most recently Vice President at Graham and Company and prior to that, served as Vice President of the Office Group at Daniel Corporation. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
