Brad joined Unique Properties in December 2006 and primarily focuses on acquisitions/dispositions and lease negotiations of industrial, office, retail and land properties within the greater Denver metro area. With over eight years of experience, he has closed more than 670 transactions, resulting in representing an excess of $218 million in sales volume. He has developed a reputation for dependability and for tenaciously protecting his clients’ interests. Clients choose to work with Brad because of his capability to provide solutions for both local-user real estate needs, and institutional investor’s expectations. Originally from Missouri, Brad attended Missouri State University where he received his B.A. in Audio Engineering and a Minor in Finance and General Business. He has called Colorado home for over thirteen years now. After graduating from college, Brad spent over 7 years as a tour manager and event production manager executing nationwide mobile event marketing campaigns. During this time he represented many Fortune 500 companies and international brands. It was truly a great experience to see the country and meet people from all walks of life. He has been a commercial Real Estate Broker for over eight years, recognized in the industry and enjoys being part of the Unique Properties team. Each deal is truly unique and he enjoys helping his clients to meet their individual Real Estate needs.
