Brad Started in the financial world in South Miami in 1969 as a Banking teller after high school, advancing to Vice Pres./ Area Manager/ Commercial Lender in July 1990, of a statewide Banking organization, Brad pursued interests in Construction/Real Estate. After becoming licensed in both professions statewide, Citrus County became his home. Having the experience to acquire, develop, and promote commercial income producing properties has become one of his mainstays. Brad's investment group has relied on him to find them properties, both long and short term, to enhance their portfolios, as well as serve as Property Manager to protect their interests. Having the networking capabilities of representing these clients, also, for their residential purchases and sales of waterfront properties has been invaluable to his business.
