Brad oversees all leasing activities and focuses on maximizing rental revenue generation for the firm’s assets. With a robust career spanning 12 years in the realm of retail real estate, Brad has established himself as a seasoned professional with expertise in leasing strategies and the creation of value from untapped opportunities. Before joining Argali, he served in pivotal roles at renowned companies such as Brixmor, Brookfield, Weitzman Group, and Dickey’s Capital, where he honed his skills across all facets of real estate creating over $2.4B worth of value. His contributions have consistently led to tangible results, driving revenue growth and optimizing asset performance. Brad earned his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Arizona before furthering his education by attaining an MBA from Baylor University. Outside of his professional endeavors, Brad treasures spending quality time with his family on the ranch, where they enjoy raising cattle and immersing themselves in the beauty of the outdoors. He is an active member of his community and dedicates his time to various organizations, including Folds of Honor and the Dallas Holocaust Center.
