Brad Denton

Brad joined the Indianapolis office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services (now CB Richard Ellis) in November of 1984 as a Retail Sales Associate. He obtained the Sales Consultant designation in 1988 and became a Senior Sales Consultant in 1991. Brad was the top producing retail specialist in the Indianapolis market in 1987, 88, 89, 91 and 93. Brad ranked 8th regionally within the retail specialty in 1988 and 2nd regionally in 1989. He received the Indianapolis Top Five Award in 1989 and 1991. In July of 1994 Brad started his own real estate company and operated the Denton Company, Inc., representing Landlords and Tenants while expanding into retail development and ownership positions. Brad joined NAI Olympia Partners in February of 2002.
