Brad Auerbach

Brad Auerbach is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Global Advisory and Transaction Services Group. Based in the company’s Midtown Manhattan office, Brad works as a tenant representation specialist, providing real estate advisory and transaction services to both public- and private-sector clients in the New York Tri-State region and beyond. With a background in the financial industry, Brad provides a unique perspective and understanding of the financial and economic implications of real estate decisions faced by his clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Brad was an Associate Director with Colliers International where he focused on tenant and agency representation. While there, he generated a multitude of transactions through new business development activities and was involved in representing landlords in more than 700,000 square feet of office space in Manhattan. Previously, Brad served as a Research Analyst with Diamondback Capital Management, where he was responsible for designing comprehensive financial models, and worked closely with traders and salespeople to analyze trends and strategies.
