Boris Castellanos

Boris began his real estate career in 1989 as a residential and multi-family real estate agent with John L. Scott in Bellevue, Washington. In 1996, Boris expanded his real estate expertise to include commercial leasing and construction management in connection with retail businesses he owned and operated in Seattle and Anchorage, Alaska. In 2003, Boris joined SMED International as a modular construction specialist, specializing in commercial tenant improvements. In 2005, Boris joined Allegra Properties and now uses his extensive residential, multi-family and commercial experience to oversee all of Allegra Properties acquisitions, commercial leasing and development activity.
