Bonnie Brown

Bonnie Brown’s experience spans over 15 years, having had responsibility for over 600,000 square feet of commercial properties. She holds management positions within locally and nationally known real estate companies, including Pacific West Asset Management Corporation, Triple Net, and Westfield Shoppingtown. Prior to founding Affinity Property Management, Inc., Bonnie served Vice President of Asset Management at J D Property Management, Inc. Throughout Bonnie’s career, she has amassed experience in property management, leasing, and construction management. Her leadership and communication skills have produced a proven track record in business relationships, cost control, and budget implementation. Bonnie received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from University of California Santa Barbara in 1996 and her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 2007. She served as a Vice President of Membership of IREM OC in 2007 and 2008. She currently is pursuing Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and she is a licensed California real estate broker.
