Bobby Hathaway has enjoyed a successful commercial real estate career built upon his considerable expertise in Central South Carolina. He specializes in the sale, leasing and development of retail properties, industrial properties and commercial land sales. In addition to his many years of commercial real estate experience, Bobby is also a former business owner, bringing his clients extensive community contacts and experience developed through years of sales/marketing, business development, management, operations and organizational leadership. Whether serving his large corporate clients like Wal-Mart or smaller local users, Bobby brings each a strong commitment of client-service excellence. Bobby is a Life Member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association (CCRA) Circle of Excellence and has previously received its “Transaction of the Year Award.” He is also a member of the SC Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and proudly serves on the Past President's Committee of the SC Golf Association. Bobby received his bachelor’s degree from Furman University.
