Bobby Edwards

Bobby Edwards entered the commercial real estate industry in 2015 after graduating from Hampden-Sydney College with a degree in English. Prior to joining RED Partners, Bobby was with Phoenix Commercial Properties since October of 2015 where he specialized in tenant and buyer representation specific to industrial and flex properties in the greater Triangle markets and in eastern North Carolina. Although Bobby’s primary focus is industrial sales and buyer/tenant representation, he has successfully completed transactions in other commercial real estate asset classes including, office and retail leasing, special use, and investment sales. Bobby’s experience gives him the ability to guide his clients through multiple types of transactions.
